Dear Travellers, We would like to describe to you in a few lines what you are going to find here should you wish to come and visit us. The family-like simple, friendly atmosphere and our availability to give you good service we hope will make you feel like Princes, not frogs .

Located 800 yards from the sea shore, Mimose B&B is an independent small house amidst the colourful , scented Ligurian country landscape, surrounded by mimosa trees, white Spanish brooms, pines and the thousand flowers of our garden. The green valley within which our B&B is to be found is integral part of a Protected District Area, this is the reason why we tried to preserve the natural site and landscape. As soon as you leave the province road, you will plunge in the greenery and, while you drive the 200 yards of the road leading to Le Mimose B&B, you begin to perceive and enjoy the quiet atmosphere you are going to be wound up into throughout your stay with us.

Overall in the house, decorated with the granny's "old warm pieces of furniture" a very special atmosphere prevails, ideal to spend pleasant holidays in full relaxation. When the seasons allow, you will enjoy staying in our open air space equipped with outdoors facilities.

The nearby village Latte di Ventimiglia (700 yards from our home) features practically all services, Post office, Bank, supermarkets, drugstore, bars, restaurants and a small yet nice pretty beach. By car you can reach in a few minutes splendid resorts both in Italy and France.
